Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Hardware

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions included, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
