How long does shipping take for large fixtures?
Standard shipping for sinks and large home hardware typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home installations?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that once a sink or faucet has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tetrasink products come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Are mounting clips and templates included?
Every Tetrasink unit includes a custom cutout template and all necessary mounting hardware for both undermount and drop-in installations.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all our products come with comprehensive guides designed for professional plumbers and contractors to follow easily.
